Worst franchise to ever invest in - run away.
Nothing
Don’t know how to manage franchisees and don’t treat them with respect. Don’t know how to run a tax service business. Lib corporate has a lot of fraud that they commit.

YesPositiveApprovesBring in a year round product to keep my stores open all year, so I can keep trained staff.
Name brand that brings in customers. They are getting better with technology. Finally started to bring in other products for after tax season. They need to bring more products like so to bring in more customers into my stores.
They seem to price everything where they get paid first. They also price new things where they take a fat fee off the top and the franchisees fight for crumbs that are left. Also they priced to get into loan program where we had to make $10k investment into the program before we could do it. I already invested in that brand. I am not doubling down. Glad I did not as that was a huge fiasco.
NoNegativeNeutralFranchisee for almost 20 years. Not easy but can be very profitable! Tools and resources are available if you are willing to put the work in alongside. Very greatful to a company that allowed me to be a business owner and a great mom for my 3 kids! Priceless!
My opinion matters. Technology improvements since Covid have increased productivity and efficiency by huge strides. Evolving system that rewards high performing franchises Schedule - very focused hours during first four months of year with a more flexible schedule during other 8 months
Long hours during tax season aren't always my favorite, however, the payoff makes it worthwhile!
