YesPositiveApprovesThis could be a really great franchise the fees for the products need to be lower to create more of a profit margin exspecially with the rising cost of employment
I like john and most of the systems
Out of my large company seems to be my only call backs through the year are concretecraft products
NoPositiveNeutralOverall would not recommend this franchise to anyone. they will not last another five years and at the rate of growth will just cause the rest of the franchises problems. They not only are not growing but are loosing franchisees at a record rate.
Some of the vendors offer great support
support offered from Concrete Craft Ownership. The Broken promises and Consistent dishonesty. Also the initial business model that we signed up for is no longer applicable and the changes have made the entire franchise suffer. The owners only care about what you can do for them and have an attitude of we work for them instead of with the franchise.
