They grant you the right to operate a single Storm Guard® business ("Business"), which allows you to offer Storm Guard products and services within a specific geographic area. This franchise is conditioned on standars, which we will periodically communicate to you. These standards include requirements relating to the operation of your business, appearance and branding standards, marketing initiatives, employee training, and other matters. You must offer all of the products and services that they designate as part of the franchise system from time to time, which currently include residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and painting (the "Designated Products and Services"). You will be trained in how to properly install or provide the Designated Products and Services. You are authorized to use their trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos in connection with your franchise. They will provide you with initial and ongoing assistance and support relating to the franchise opportunity. This includes training on how to operate your franchise business and periodic updates on new products, services, marketing initiatives, and other changes or additions to the franchise system.
