After growing up in the restaurant industry, Russ could only think of one solution to this perceptible void: while he finished his marketing degree at ODU, Russ set to work on creating a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar featuring his own interpretation of his favorite Western New York dishes. Today, the Dirty Buffalo has several locations across the Hampton Roads area, serving up some of the best wings, burgers, and buffalo chicken dip in town. Dirty Buffalo is a franchise concept in the Food and Beverage industry. It is also considered a Full-Service Restaurant franchise. They were founded in 2012.
