Beignet Café started in 2020. Collaborating with The Original Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans, the goal was simple: Bring Nola to NYC. Since that time Thousands of Beignets, Cafe Au Laits, and Chicory coffees have been served. There has also been a fairy tale type relationship created with the Big Easy and The Big Apple.
