Apart from name, décor, and menu variations, the operational processes for each of these concepts are similar. Each is treated in this disclosure document as equivalent to the others as a "Schmizza franchise." As a franchisee, you will benefit from their significant experience and success in the quick-service pizza industry. They offer franchise services to support you including a comprehensive pre-opening program, and proven marketing programs designed to increase awareness and sales at your restaurant. You will be granted a limited license to use the Schmizza name, logo, and certain other proprietary marks (the "Marks") in connection with the franchise. The franchise will include the right to use trade secrets, know-how, systems, procedures, and processes developed for operating Schmizza restaurants (the "Proprietary System").
