I gave Bryan a large deposit to try and secure a loan to open my own franchise. When I did not get approved he refused to give me back my money. Now I am spending all my money on attorneys.

Bryan is very misleading. He has one sided contracts and as soon as you sign and he collects money he becomes a different person.
