I would not recommend this franchise to anyone.

The products are good (sides).

Corporate philosophy is greed and threats and intimidation

Start listening to owners and stop threatening them. Hours of operation, holidays, discounts, 3rd party vendors, etc... This is supposed to be an "independent contractor" relationship, but corporate thinks we work for them (i.e indentured servants).
