This franchise can be so much greater if the value of the franchisee was worth more to UPS. UPS undercuts its franchisees significantly by giving bigger larger discounts to online retailers like Pirateship. UPS price gouges our customers with very high retail rates.

The Brand name is Powerful.

Corporate management isn't interested in our bottom line. Only in securing their royalties at any cost to the franchisee.

Increase drop off compensation as the same compensation is being given since the 90s. The inflation of the dollar does not match what rate increases UPS does every year. UPS raises rates every year, and our own Franchisor doesn't even consider our labor as inflation continues to rise. So as UPS and TUPSS itself increases our fees every year, our compensation does not for the most labor intensive service we provide.
