Not a very scalable concept and very low market penetration.

Smaller footprint and reliability of the products at a good price

Marketing has been unsuccessful to attract new customers and online sales. We continue to be a brand that today's consumer is unaware of. Uncompetitive in the commercial space. Employees need a great deal of training to repair phones, understand the products, program key fobs, etc. Poor resale value for existing stores (cost to build is much higher than resale value)

Invest heavily in marketing. Pass through additional price reductions to win commercial business.
