I would be better off independent growing my own business than having to rely upon liberty to find clients. The clients liberty finds often want to pay below market value for a tax return.

The tax software that liberty provides is horrible. It is slow and antiquated. Other tax software vendors that can do streamlined calculations, liberty software can’t handle. Liberty compliance department makes being a franchisee miserable. The department lacks common sense in their compliance enforcement thinking everything is fraudulent.

Get a better tax software and implement common sense in the compliance department.
