It is an Amazing program and concept but terrible management and leadershio. They have no vision for the brand or the ability to accommodate to an ever changinv amrketolace. Also, they are untrustworthy.

Pretty much everything. Leadership is non existent and not capable of managing this franchise.

Get rid of the CEO and get someone in who knows how to run a successful business
