The brand is great; it already has a presence across the nation. Take care of your struggling franchisees so they can promote the brand even more. Don't lose great potential because of money.

The franchisor should pay extra attention to those franshisees that are struggling. Provide a means to obtain more leads and or help them obtain contracts. The goal is to grow the revenue of local franshisees so they can help sustain corporate funding. Shift the point of attention from high performers to less performing franchisees so the brand and its people below it can continue to grow.
