I do not recommend this franchise to anyone. I was one of the last franchisees to hold out in my state, but because of owners regulations and lack of corporate support we finally shut our business.

The initial concept was good, and the initial price was good

Complete lack of support for the franchisee. Base products, repeatedly, backorder, or unavailable product, reformation, constant, and unexplained price changes and very high wholesale prices versus retail. Very poor communication between corporate and franchisees very slow if any response from corporate office, a constant corporate discount campaign marketed to retail purchasers that undermined the ability for franchisees to make any profits. As far as regulatory compliance corporate would not register products in the state that I reside in consequently taking the potential inventory available from corporate down from 100+ products to less than 15. And because of exclusivity causes, the ability to supplement with other brands was difficult, consequently adding lack of profitability
