Do not buy. You will struggle to make ends meet and you will not make a profit. The business has lost money month after month year after year. It is not sustainable.

The product is helpful and does work when done correctly. However there has been zero innovation.

I have never made a profit and it's been over 5 years. I was not able to hire as there is not enough business coming in and I would not be able to pay the bills if I had to pay an employee to do what I do. I have one part time person at minimum wage. We do not get any support from home office and there is steep learning curve. The home office does not respect the franchisees. Does not listen to franchisees as far as innovation. Disrepsects the franchisees.

They need to innovate and support their franchisees.
