We'd like to be refunded for marketing expenses on Google adds, etc. We don't use the company engaged by the franchise. Our marketing fund money is not being used to our benefit entirely, it's staying at the franchise.

We've had bad experiences with our the Google Adds management companies engaged by the corporate marketing group. There are better choices to be selected.
