Replace the CEO and stop corporate office from stealing leads and selling virtually to what should be franchisee leads/clients. They are meant to be a B to B organization supporting their franchisees however they sell B to C cannibalizing their own franchisees. Furthermore they no longer spend any money to create an FDD and refuse to provide accounting for their national marketing fund after repeated requests from multiple franchisees.
