Been an operator for over 20 years. What I love is the culture and it had a model that if followed, would lead to great profitability. Seems to have lost that focus in the past 8 years.

constant C suite changes. Too many new initiatives that are unproven.

Beta test new initiatives before rolling out to the masses. Too often we have had new initiatives that I've jumped into and they have always cost me time and way too much money for no return. There used to be a solid business model that we followed. What happened?
