Can not recommend this franchise model for anyone other than a investment group that is not interested in daily operations or significant growth.

Zero support. Franchise staff only pushes information. There is no conduit for discussion. Staff is also condescending and treats operators like employees of the franchise rather than as a customer.
There is zero that I could write that would have any influence on the culture, service, and lack of support from the corporate office.
