Poor operations for an otherwise cute company.

It's a cute dessert company

Corporate is all over the place. Very reactive, emotional (ego-driven), and arrogant. They're out of touch when it comes to actual in-store operations.

Remove Jason and Grace. The biggest issues in this company which affect the rest top down.
