TSG spending for top talent is not happening to take Sola to the next level. Once value proposition is there for Sola pros and owners first, the huge payback will come for TSG not the other way around.

Strong franchisee base and size advantage over other national brands

Excessive fees for value. Aside from initial help for new franchisees, there is very little support of value. HUGE turnover in corp staff.

Covid days are behind us. It's time to go back traditional corporate structure where everyone lives in Denver and shows up for work every day. There is no chance that employees working remotely are as efficient, work as hard, and collaborate as well....it just doesn't happen. TSG/Corp needs to recruit and keep top talent, everything should revolve around occupancy and driving profit for franchisees as we will reinvest in old locations and expand with new ones.
