great potential, but low (fair) involvement with the franchisee to enable strong sucess

I love the brand and how we can have a positive impact on people's businesses and their lives.

Franchisees have outgrown their corporate support team. Corporate is not keeping up with the ace of developing technologies. Corporate currently does not communicate will with or provide strong guidance to their franchisees. the rules do not apply evenly to all franchisees, the big centers can do whatever they want. cramming centers in territories

Fastisgns has excellent potential to seriously grow. Currently we have about a 4% national market share. Rather then trying to cram centers in saturated markets, enlarge territories and give franchisees the opportunity to easily be very successful. What they need to spend a lot of time working on is the coherence of the network and the franchisees. If the franchisees work together as a brand and help each other, the network can grow by expanding their market share (from 4% to 20%?) without over saturating markets. This would drive positive attitudes from franchisees and when you know that your franchisor trulyu has your success as their goal, bot just slides on a presentation, things change.
