This concept can work for certain demographics certain territory’s but they way leads are acquired today, it makes it very difficult to compete against non franchise models and makes it difficult to grow and remain profitable.

It’s a great name can be a great franchise in the right territory.

Unfortunately the biggest issue is cost per lead, and with the franchise fee it makes it hard to be competitive to get a reasonable price per lead. I need to spend 15 percent of sales to get calls to have more then 2 techs which then added to my franchise fee in my territory makes it very difficult to be profitable.

I think corporate does a lot certain things cant change I would say lower franchise fees which wont happen besides that is we need more natural leads coming from mr rooter or neighborly we dont get enough.
