It's fine. Patients don't care. I like some of the services and HM University when it works.

Healthmart University is a helpful tool when it works. It's a pain in the ass to get anything done though - if an employee has issues logging in, it's difficult to get an answer from HM.

Flexibility in HM University administration to allow our team to fix issues with employees and not require calling through bureaucracy to get a basic issue resolved when a password reset would fix the issue.
