Very poorly run corporate marketing and sales support. While the field support directors are very helpful, the corporate marketing department has no successful B2B experience and makes no effort to learn of cusotmer needs.

The operational support is good.

There is no competent marketing support. Corporate marketing has no direct experience with customers and makes no effort to learn customer needs. They have no successful experience in developing messaging for franchisee customers. They refuse to make the effort of traveling to meet franchisee customers to better understand customer needs and the way they express those needs. The franchisor has no experience with B2B successful marketing and sales.

Hire people from successful B2B marketing and sales organizations.
