I am very happy with Good Neighbor Pharmacy and am proud to be one of the 4,500 locations.
Large resources. Good network of players in the Pharmacy space. Not pushy. Provides lots of tools to help the franchisees. Employees are all polite and patient. Very knowledgeable of the model they use and the playbooks they run.
Out of stocks seem to be higher than necessary in the Pharmacy drug space. Would like much more attention set to the profitable side of Pharmacy (Gifts, OTC, POCT, CBD, etc). Seems to look only at things that are in accepted and current use. Not one to take risk on non- prescription items. Stores need help to be successful with profitable merchandising.
Think like an owner/operator. What would you want help to look like? Can you provide day to day operations help with things like: Medicare Part B sign ups, NCPDP profiles, setting up Medical Billing, institute POCT, etc.
