Parent company, Neighborly, doesn’t seem to care about the brands. They will sell a franchise to anyone without reservation, qualifications or necessary acumen to succeed. They are more interested in keeping the money then doing what is right. Contrary to how we as owner/operator perform in our marketplace. We are constantly graded and judged on our performance by our customers and applaud or critique by corporate for certain scores Yet there are no performance grading. for either Neighborly and Mr Handyman.

Be honest and critical of its internal operations and selling a franchise to anyone without regard to their success. Keeping monies that do not belong to the brand. They appeared to be ready for a fight at any time instead of looking to improve, acknowledge in remedy their mistakes
