the holding company threshold and riverside, have no care for their franchisees, they have increased fees and their marketing division is subpar, hence growth is hindered

the brand leadership and the mairpo specific team really know the business and really care for the franchisees, they understand the business,the challenges and really do work on helping navigate them. however the same cannot be said of the holding company. They have made a lot of much needed technolgy improvments and new initatives, however the marketing dept is the weakest link at this time, lacks support and knowlegde, the SEO and website could perform better. Better support at the territory level could really help move the needle too. There isnt detailed support to help with the new AI markeitng trend either
