I have had my franchise for 16 years, and for the first 10 years, we had great support from the main office. Over the last 5 years, they have increased franchisee costs, and their support has disappeared.

The I had my franchise for 16 years controls the vendors we use, but when there are issues with the vendors, we get no support from the corporate office
Address quality issues with the vendors we are mandated to use. When there are issues, my franchise is the one that suffers, and the Budget Blinds brand as a whole suffers.
