No impact on changes from Customers. Very hard to work with Regional because do not listen your idea or review. Never give you credit for any good suggestions. Monthly calls mostly on complaints no motivation or cheer up

Too many old dishes which never changed but new dishes added. Too much work. Because of too much work, need more labour so you pay more. No rent negotiations by CEOs. The changes on dishes most time does not make sense. Very old concept

The CEOs need to work hard towards changes and need to hire better knowledgeable professionals who is good negotiators, Regional and Chefs who does correct work.
