It's an attempt to brand what any number of mom and pops are already doing. In my market the pricing competition is difficult to overcome and still make a profit.

The idea is good... the reality is not always there.

You receive 2.5 days of hands on "how to training" for drywall repair, If you don't have experience in the idustry you are left to your own devices to really learn and understand the process. The business process is similarly brief and general in nature. To really get a good handle on things there should be 2 to 3 times more time in training with regional follow up training available. New Jersey isn't exactly easy or affordable to get to.

More ongoing training for techs and operators.
