CertaPro is great because the franchisees have more knowledge, insight and common sense to keep their individual businesses growing and thriving. The corporate team waits for the trail blazers to finish, then they try to make it better and usually do not make things better.

The concept is great. It is something everyone needs to do at some point and others over and over.

Corporate Leadership or lack there of. If you are good, you get fired or quit. If you are a YES man and only play politics, you stick around for years. Our marketing is so far off from where it needs to be it is embarrassing. Our IT is lead by a guy who has no idea what we do, why we do what we do and how the customer sees what we do. He is so closed minded it hurts the brand every day.

The culture has crumbled to the ground. It starts at the top and the top doesn't care about the people who grew the company to get it to where he took over. The peasants under him are only problems in his elite circle now. The rest of them obviously follow him. Example.... "Beyond Happy" is our current slogan. If you were to see that on a flyer, would you associate that to Painting? In a world where our workers are scared of ICE taking their families away from them, there isn't beyond happy in their world. So it must be about the customers, you ever been happy to spend $10,000 to paint your exterior because it needs it? Those people aren't beyond happy. Yet, the leadership team picked Painting Happy and Beyond Happy as the BEST slogan for a painting company. Does that give you some insight on how far out of tune these people really are??
