I think Snap Fitness has conceptually the right ideas/direction and great people trying to do their best. I think they often care more about franchise fees rather than letting clubs that need to die... die.

I like that individualization of the brand. I like the wellness concept and functional direction of the brand. I like that good owners have the freedom to perform without corporate overreach

I don't like lack of momentum and abundance of under performing (uninvolved owners). I don't like that corporate is not more aggressive with clubs that are not modernizing, expanding, being involved and contributing to the future direction of the brand
