P+A was an easy franchise to walk into. From Day One, there are corporate clients and jobs as well as other franchisee clients and jobs so you don't need to have your own book of business to get started. Secondly, P+A has the best training I've seen with the exception of the military. P+A uses self-paced training along with in-person corporate office training and a mentoring program that lasts for first 6 months.
