Management of Franchise is absolutely un co-operative. Franchisee after inventing million dollar is treated like an idiot and bears all pressures from Property owner to service providers, CRA, franchise, unannounced auditors visits and customers feedback. We had no say, no support. They do not understand the ground realities. Its a honey trap.

Firstly appreciate and respect an investor. Understand ground realities. who would not work hard to make profit but you have given empowerment to customers and delivery partners to give a 1 star review and auditors will walk in unannounced 3 times in a quarter. Its hard to get good sensible staff these days and your standard of evaluation is way too high. How can you focus on Sales and profit when you are afraid of getting points deducted for QC bar or not handing over food to auditor in hand, not putting on counter. Maintenance of equipment is so expensive it can cost thousands of dollars. There s no forum between franchisee to exchange or sell used appliances. These things are not difficult to address.
