The franchise is trying to justify the crazy marketing spend year after year by improving and changing strategy. This year has been the worst year.
The concept and branding pre cross branding with neighborly
Marketing plan, unwillingness to change it. Software system is very dated, phone system works occasionally.
Listen to the majority of the owners about changing the marketing plan. This should be done by region. Upper Midwest areas have a short season and shouldn’t need to spend the same someone in Florida.
