I believe deeply in the mission and in Dawn’s heart for helping women, but the franchisor’s poor decision‑making and lack of effective leadership continue to make it difficult for franchisees to operate successfully.

The mission of helping women feel their best is something I genuinely believe in. I also have a great deal of respect for our founder, Dawn Cutillo. Her passion for women’s health and her desire to make a real difference is sincere, and it’s clear that her heart has always been in the right place. Her commitment to natural hormone balance is what originally drew me to BeBalanced, and I still believe deeply in that foundation.

While I appreciate the BeBalanced mission and the results our clients experience, I’ve found the franchisor’s support and communication to be inconsistent. Marketing materials and guidance often feel outdated, and there’s limited flexibility for centers to tailor messaging to their local audience. Bad decisions are often made effecting the franchisees ability to operate profitable. input, which can create frustration and disconnect. I’d love to see more collaboration, transparency, and innovation from leadership moving forward.

Corporate can improve by revamping the franchise model to ensure it is truly profitable and sustainable for owners. This includes re‑evaluating pricing structures, product strategies, marketing approaches, and operational requirements so they align with what actually works in the centers. Strengthening leadership, improving transparency, and making data‑driven decisions would help create a more stable and successful path forward for the entire brand.
