The quality of this franchise has been downgraded so much and still have been going down. Making the revenue up doesn’t help to add pressure and more work and profits lower. Most of the senior franchise owner are trying to get out because of that reason.

Bring own boss

Corporate pushing volume but undervaluing effort and profit. Store ours Sunday open. Tech support. Other support from local or corporate level.

Listen to the owners. Bring the same or close to the quality in service like you expect from owners. There’s a lot of smart owners with smart ideas to make things work better that they currently do.
