It just take a lot of hard work and dedication and a willingness to always scrape by, unless you can afford multiple locations and have good technicians.

be more hands-on. First and foremost be willing to provide training to everyone that makes up a shop. Not just stay in touch to reprimand or whenever they want to make their own numbers look better if i'm being honest.
