You need a business partner/2 people as owners so you both could manage the business as well as work in it if hires call in sick to cover.

Their concept upon introduction was nice. They had a lot to offer in managing the franchise with Snapology Manager as a somewhat CRM, curriculum line-up and potential as a business

As time passed, curriculum is stale. They do not update class titles which is crucial when marketing classes to sell. And THE hardest to overcome is hiring which there was NO help or hope. Sink or swim

Update the curriculum more often. When franchisees reach out for help, respond. Brand marketing needs to happen though we are paying every month as no one knows Snapology after my time with them
