Indecisive management and leadership. Only supportive if it is an easy effort on their part. Product line changes too often.
LISTEN to the zee's and stop acting as if they know better. Clueless to regional differences. Forcing the use of vendors who offer zero support. Management team has changed 4x in 3 years
