Good franchise at times wishing for more corporate support. Team feels too small but I know they do their best.

response times are slow; lots of follow-ups with marketing (too many times). not clear on next steps -- meetings are had especially with marketing and then not sure the timetable and outcomes.
Better marketing, more points of contact. Faster turn around with support tickets.
