How can we prepare in advance if corporate is not providing us with the necessary marketing materials and notification in advance?

very late notice for almost everything, especially new promos or changes, and marketing materials.

We need to prepare at least a month in advance but we receive delay notifications maybe a week before anticipated, and I have often requested marketing pics for upcoming events that have been on the schedule 2 months in advance but we can't prepare the post yet. We have quarterly meeting to plans themes, but we often have to wait for the marketing materials to be ready.
