KOA is an excellent and well-known brand, meaning all non-co-opted advertising costs are minimal. KOA clearly outlines expectations on campground operations and physical appearance which is very helpful.

The KOA brand is well liked and well thought of and is a good association for our campground.

The constant changes to the software. One barely grasps a new concept and there is a replacement upgrade. Perhaps it would be more productive to complete a number of updates and then release completed upgrades as one.

As stated in the software comment. The KOA corporate office offers excellent support otherwise.
