Royalties are absurdly high in comparison to the support provided; corporate is detached from the business and couldnt care less about the franchisees, we are really just numbers for them, they compete against franchisees with inside information which is really unfair, they invade franchisee territories, change providers overnight. Marketing is not effective, the worst between all the competitors.
