"corporate" needs to hire more employees to support the growth of the company. Because of this stores suffer because there is not enough support to support all the salons. Communication needs to be better and not last minute. Everything from corporate is last minute and rushed

The support we get from corporate. Very little at all times. They are hot or cold and can not be relied on. Lack of communication, and the lies that are told to deflect is terrible and needs to needs to be addressed. Very unprofessional... The signage photos are awful!!

HIRE more people for corporate!!! Have better communication with the owners. Hire a professional photographer please. Typos are crazy in signage and looks entry level.
