Winmark cd have an amazing culture where management truly works w/owners to build their stores up but the Winmark team seems too self-interested to figure that out. They need to understand owners' perspectives more instead of money grabbing from owners' pockets.

Systems work but need to be updated

Top management doesn't listen to owners; mid-management changes far too often...every year or two.

Ask owners what it takes to run their business and how they (Winmark) can really support them to do better. Everyone will win that way!
