Franchising model in the MSP space is challenging with the geo restrictions and market saturation with competitors.
The network of owners is generally good.
The market we are in has low profit margins and high cost of quality operations. Coupled with a highly competitive environment makes franchising in the MSP space very challenging.
More focus on growing current offices versus adding new franchise
