The support is all over the place, cost to marketing is too high, and corp should not be involved, it should work with franchisees to built a marketing plan. Also corp should be helping with providing a communication line between all customers so that they stay engage, instead of having frarnchisees handle it. Too many hands in the pot, and no one is steering it
Get rid of all these apps. Provide a cohesive solution. Spend money in commu8nicating with all our customers byt utilizing some of the corp NAF dollars. One voice approach.
