I would not recommend this franchise model to anyone and certainly would advise having a very good lawyer work with you on the franchise agreement and non compete if you choose to consider it as a franchise option. They are not forthcoming or supportive.

Working with the other Franchisees and the potential of the business

The pure lack of support by the franchisor, the constraints they put on the franchisee with marketing and branding, the aggression from the franchisor toward the franchisee, and the costs associated with the franchise

Engage a group of offices a franchise committee to help drive the future success and needed changes, reinvest in the franchise by providing real marketing and branding, fix antiquated systems, or just sell the franchise to an organization that will move it forward.
